AI Agents
Put an AI agent on the questions you answer forty times a week.
Grounded in your own documentation and systems, with guardrails, confidence thresholds and a hard escalation path to a human. Not a chatbot with your logo on it.

From a founder we worked with
As a non-technical founder, I was explicit that I needed a partner who would think deeply about outcomes rather than just execute instructions — and that's exactly what they delivered. They understood the challenges instinctively, made decisions independently that were entirely consistent with what I was trying to achieve, and took enormous friction out of the process. The result exceeded expectations.
- 3 Products we own and run
- 7,000+ Suppliers in the Osinto database we built
- Glasgow Where the team actually sits
- 1 working day Reply time on enquiries
Your team is the search engine for your own company.
The work an agent takes off them looks like this:
- Answering the same forty customer questions in slightly different words.
- Digging through documents to find one figure.
- Explaining the same internal process to every new starter.
- Reading long threads to work out what was already agreed.
- Qualifying inbound leads by hand before anyone useful sees them.
- Summarising calls and updating records afterwards.
This is pattern-matching against information you already own. It is the clearest case for an agent there is.
We build agents grounded in your business.
An agent that knows your products, your policies and your history — because it is connected to them, not because someone pasted a prompt into a box.
It works alongside your team, hands off cleanly when it is out of its depth, and logs everything so you can see what it actually said.

What it costs
Starting from
£5,000
Typically 4–6 weeks
Always included
- Grounding in your own docs, data and systems
- Guardrails, confidence thresholds and human escalation
- Evaluation against your real historical cases, with scores
- Full interaction logging and a review dashboard
- Honest running-cost estimates, not just the build price
We quote the model running costs separately and honestly. An agent that is cheap to build and expensive to run is not a saving.
Right for you if
- You have a high volume of repeated questions
- The knowledge exists somewhere, even if it is messy
- You are comfortable starting with a human approving output
- Budget is £5,000 or more
Not for you if
- You want AI on the website because competitors have it
- The answers change constantly and are written down nowhere
- You need it to be right 100% of the time with no human involved
- You are looking for a per-seat SaaS chatbot
How it runs
Most of the timeline is grounding and evaluation. Wiring up a model is the easy part; making it reliable is the work.
-
Scope and grounding
We pick one job the agent will do, and connect it to the knowledge it needs — your docs, your systems, your history. An agent without grounding is just a chatbot.
-
Build with guardrails
Business rules, confidence thresholds, and an escalation path to a human. We design what happens when it does not know before we design what happens when it does.
-
Evaluate against real cases
We test on your actual historical questions and score the answers. You see the accuracy numbers before it talks to anyone.
-
Deploy and monitor
Live with full logging on every interaction, so you can see what it said and correct it. Accuracy improves because we tune it, not by magic.
Questions
What does an AI agent cost to build?
Typically £5,000 to £20,000 to build, plus model usage costs which usually run £50 to £500 a month depending on volume. We are explicit about running costs in the quote, because they are the part most agencies leave out.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT does not know your products, cannot see your systems, and will confidently invent an answer rather than admit it does not know. A custom agent is grounded in your own documentation and data, follows your business rules, can take actions in your tools, and escalates to a human when its confidence is low.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
It will sometimes get things wrong — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. So we design for it: confidence thresholds, a hard escalation path to a human, and full logging on every interaction so you can see exactly what was said. For anything customer-facing we start with the agent drafting and a human approving, then loosen that only once the accuracy numbers justify it.
Will it replace my support or sales team?
It handles the repetitive tier — the same forty questions asked in different words — so your team spends time on the cases that actually need judgement. If your entire support function is answering those forty questions, then yes, the role changes. We would rather say that upfront.
Where does our data go?
We use enterprise API tiers where your data is not used for training, and we can deploy inside your own cloud account if you need it. If you are handling personal or regulated data, tell us on the call and we will scope it accordingly.
How long until it is live?
Four to six weeks for a first agent. Most of that is grounding and evaluation rather than building — the model is the easy part.
